FloorIQ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the FloorIQ iOS app.
FloorIQ is designed with privacy in mind. All your game data — sessions, scores, streaks, brain teaser progress — is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our servers.
If you subscribe to the Elite plan and enable iCloud sync, your game data is synced via Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We never have access to this data.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment data.
FloorIQ does not use third-party analytics services. All performance statistics are computed and stored locally on your device.
FloorIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice or App Store update notes.
